Blake Riesenfeld (b. 2004, Philadelphia, PA) is a photographer and filmmaker whose work grapples with his family’s Holocaust history in Germany. His practice is informed by his great-grandparents’ narrow escape from Würzburg, Germany, in 1938, following his great-grandfather’s imprisonment at the Buchenwald concentration camp.
