What started as a form of therapy for single mother Michelle Gentis has evolved into an extraordinary journey of breaking barriers in competitive marathon running. As her son Josh, who lives with a rare brain disorder and significant physical disabilities, grew older, he found himself increasingly excluded from opportunities and community. But, racing with him in his wheelchair could transform both their lives.
