Born in the outskirts of Seremban, Syukri A. Rahim was raised around Peninsular Malaysia. Through this upbringing, he has developed a sense of sonic and visual curiosity about people and places. He balances his work between cinematic visuals and audio art. His works have been shown locally and in Osaka, Singapore, and Thailand.
