After embarking on a sailing trip on the way to their wedding in Larnaca, Ruth and Yona find themselves stranded at sea with no wind in their sails. As they wait for conditions to change, Ruth's past resurfaces.

In a not too far dystopian future, a couple is trying to obtain a foreign passport in order to leave Israel. It turns out that the price of emigrating will force them to make dramatic choices.
