John Travis is the last honest cop in a future dominated by terroristic martial-arts gangs who fight gladiator-style in arenas.

An economically repressed young man (Bondo) loses his father in his attempt to cross the border (to send money home) at Tijuana, Mexico. As Bondo sets out on his own, he encounters an array of people holding him back, including the Chief of TJ policia that killed his father, that now wants him dead too. After a deadly attempt at crossing the boarder himself, he resourcefully constructs a flying machine out of a wheel barrow and navigates himself to the Santa Monica pier. A Mexican man (Uncle John) played by (Danny Trejo) seeks to avenge his brothers murder when he attempts to cross the US/Mexican border. (Bondo) (Uncle John's nephew) played by (Douglas Spain) attempts at completing his fathers journey North. "A bad Tijuana cop" harasses Bondo's and his many attempts at crossing. Bond's cousin Maria (Patricia Rey) is forced into a relationship with the cop and wants out. Bondo, to be successful at a home made flying machine, he lands at Santa Monica pier California. Bondo gets caught and brought back to the bad TJ cop where he forces him to be a drug mule. Uncle John gets word and seek his final avenge.

On an unknown planet in an uncertain time, a two-tiered society has taken shape. The ruling class live above ground and wear masks on their faces, while the working class labors below the surface of the planet. The lowest order of the underground culture – prisoners, revolutionaries and various troublemakers – are forced to wear boxes locked around their heads. One day, an alien craft crashes on the planet.
