Biography
Cindy Claes is an action actress, specialized in screen fighting. She also started creating her own work as a filmmaker. She trained at the international theatre school of Jacques Lecoq in Paris. Her mentors include DV8 / Lloyd Newson, Gbemisola Ikumelo (BAFTA award winner), and the incredible theatre director / choreophotolist Benji Reid (UK). Cindy hosts a podcast where she interviews artists, athletes, and people working in the film industry: The Loud Whisper Takeover. Alongside her acting career, Cindy is also a movement specialist (dancer, choreographer and movement director). Fluent in English, French and Dutch / Flemish, she is also acts in Spanish.
