Bob Keegan

This ten episode program was based on ten short stories written by Agatha Christie but with wide-ranging themes. Some were romances, some had supernatural themes and a couple were adventures. The common link was that all came from the talented pen of Agatha Christie, all were entertaining and each drama was carefully crafted and well cast with many of Britain's best known actors of the time represented.

Under and Over was a 1971 BBC television situation comedy, which lasted one series of six episodes. In it The Bachelors, an Irish singing trio, played Irish labourers working on the construction of a new London Underground line Bob Keegan played Lord Brentwood, the boss of the construction company, who was also Irish. It featured culture clashes between Irish and British people, and the ambiguous position of people of Irish background in Britain.

At 17 years of age, Leslie Hartop's parents decide the time has come for her to move out and make her way in the world. She moves in with the Hollands who live in a old mill.
