A musician with hyper-sensitive hearing goes in search of an ominous sound that plagues him, but is inaudible to everyone else.

Most people don't know their basic constitutional rights, and those who do usually waive them in the face of police intimidation. Worse, police rely on people's fear and ignorance of the law to trick them into waiving their rights, which often lands them in jail.

Alexis "Lexi" James, a little girl who grows up battling sexual, physical and emotional abuse at the hands of her caretaker (a former cop), strives to overcome the emptiness inside through art with the help of Chauncey Keith Maddox(a wealthy man), to prove that love can conquer all.
