Rafael Ibrahimov (born August 31, 2005) is an Azerbaijanian actor and director. Currently pursuing his education in acting at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts. In 2025, made his directorial debut with Blink, a short film exploring themes of personal loss and fragmented perception. In 2026, he continued his directing career with the short movie We Don't Have a Budget.
