A down-to-earth, struggling taxi driver (Ramzi) discovers, by sheer chance, that his country's constitution grants him a share in the nation's entire public property. He proceeds to collecting power-of-attorney documents from over 50% of the population in order to literally sell out the country so that he could get married.

Tow orphaned teenagers, hailing from a poor and marginalized neighborhood, who lived difficult childhood and were constantly persecuted in the middle of their lives, until one day they decided to abide by an agreement that each of them would change their status in order to reach the top of the social pyramid, within a period of up to 15 years. The two friends parted, and each one began to make their way towards this goal. One used legal means, while the other resorted to illegal methods... In this process, each of them is working on a diabolical scheme to achieve his goal, it was not easy, the road is full of manipulations, intrigue, violence and dirty tricks.‎
