A poor man, Mohan Das, who is close to his mother is shattered when he finds out that his mother is charged with murder. He decides to prove her innocence.

A tough police officer goes out of his way to bring down the underworld dons and is even ready to murder them in planned encounters to rid the society of evil.

A house owner requests his tenants to vacate the house so that he can sell it and repay his loan. Soon, a hilarious chain of events follow when the tenants refuse to leave.
