Takeshi Hongo is a promising young man with a passion for motorcycle racing. However, his dreams are suddenly ruined when he gets kidnapped by Shocker, the evil secret organization planning to dominate the world. After being remodeled into a cyborg, Takeshi escapes and swears to protect the world from the inhuman monsters.

As the title implies, this series features a pair of characters per episode. Each DVD has one music video for each character, plus one part of an eight part story. Annoyingly, the music videos are for the short versions of the songs, not the full versions... to get those, you had to buy the Twin Collection CDs.

Kamen Rider Outsiders is a TTFC-exclusive series serving as a crossover between various Kamen Rider series. Terrace House: Boys × Girls Next Door was a Japanese reality television series in the Terrace House franchise. It originally aired on Fuji Television's "Cool TV" segment from October 12, 2012 to September 29, 2014 for eight seasons, after which a standalone movie was released as a continuation/conclusion of the show. The show took place in a modernistic house with a terrace located in the Shōnan area.

Saiko Yaotome is a doctor dedicated to recovery treatments and heads “Let's Make Bugsters”, a new training game created for the recovery of people that disappeared. The test run has Emu raising Parado and Saiko raising Poppy. There is something different about the Parado in the game, though. The “real” Parado has been trapped and he faces his mysterious double, with the strength of the bond with Emu.

The events of this stage show occur between the movie Kamen Rider Ex-Aid: True Ending and its credit scene. In order to fulfill his promise to Poppy and play together, Emu gathers his friends in a new game called Kamen Rider Carnival!

Kamen Riders Build and Ex-Aid team up with the legendary heroes of the Heisei Generation - OOO, Fourze, Gaim, and Ghost.
