Inspired by Smiling Friends, Mip and Freddy have to take care of making a vicious person, Pepe, smile. Throughout the film, they are presented with bizarre situations that culminate in a peculiar café.
"Placenta Holocaust" is an underground extreme horror and gore film, made by independent filmmakers from the "trash cinema" subgenre, combined with its explicit, provocative and very bad images like Primarks, FunkoPops and UGGs, with the objective of breaking taboos and provoking the viewer. It will not leave you indifferent and will make you question your own existence.
