A girl and her dead best friend set out on a quest to complete their pre-college bucket list, coming to terms with growing up, grief, and finding closure along the way.
When a sudden zombie outbreaks overtakes their college campus, Alex - an anxious, sentimental 20-something armed with a retro camcorder - finds himself barricaded in a classroom, only to discover he’s not alone. Also trapped inside is Jenny, his 19 year old ex-girlfriend - both his dream girl and the last person he wants to face the apocalypse with. As they prepare to fight the undead hordes, they’re faced with unresolved memories of their time together through tense emotional confrontations and bittersweet flashbacks caught on the camcorder. Alex questions what is scarier to face - the zombie apocalypse, or the choice he made to break his girlfriend’s heart and trust?
