Nino, a young man with a speech impediment who is seemingly obsessed with his small pocket watch, lives with his sister Felicitas and her boyfriend, Nahuel. His presence is causing a crisis in their relationship due to the responsibility of caring for him. To try and resolve the situation, they are attending couples therapy sessions, but these are very expensive and they can no longer afford them. So, they go to one more session to cancel their appointments with their sinister therapist, who doesn't take it very well. But will it really be the last session?
