Vinh Marco M. Tumang is a filmmaker from Pulilan, Bulacan, currently pursuing a film degree at the University of the Philippines Diliman. He emerged as a finalist in the Puregold CinePanalo Film Festival 2026 for his directorial debut, “When Heaven Inched Towards Earth.”
