Biography
Bagus Abdilah Fasya is a young Indonesian filmmaker currently based in Jakarta, Indonesia. In 2023, his short film The Neighbourr won three major awards—Best Short Film, Best Built-In, and Best Poster—at the Indodax Short Film Festival, judged by prominent industry figures such as Angga Dwimas Sasongko, Mira Lesmana, and Anjas Maradita. In 2024, he received the Best Director award for Maya's Phenomenon at the DOSS One Minute Film Festival. His latest short film, Satu Dua, Baru Pulang (2025), was handpicked by Joko Anwar for The Roots of a Culture of Violence video competition, organized by Come and See Pictures.
