Biography
Tried and true "California Girl" Sydney Claire Olson is an international artist, working predominantly in feature film, musical theatre, and classical text. Known for her bubbly versatility and kinetic work ethic, her work on the silver screen has included challenging herself in a variety of projects, whether it be a surreal feature or a thrilling short. She has lead half a dozen feature films, and shows no sign of slowing. Recently honored as one of Utah International Film Festival's Top 35 Most In-Demand Actors, she prides herself on a wide acting range and her ability to bring intensity and charm to each and every character. Sydney has 18+ years of vocal and acting training and holds a BFA in Acting. She is certified in six different types of stunt combat through Dueling Arts International, including four different types of swords, and enjoys working as a stunt and intimacy coordinator as well. Armed with her well-worn copy of Dungeon Crawler Carl and a matcha lemon spritz, Sydney plans to spend the rest of her life in pursuit of her art, using performance to spread catharsis for all her viewers and collaborators.
