When the boat loses orientation and goes off course, things turn violent as the migrants blame the smugglers. After finally making it to shore, the desperate passengers try to evade police and a few manage to get away.

Sanders is frustrated by the lack of public justice and decides to take things into his own hands by becoming a vigilante. He sets out to punish both the criminals and the corrupt officials. As his vigilantism increases, so does his public profile, winning public support as a hero figure, as well as the attention of Henry, an Interpol chief, who views him as a threat to society.

Apo, a directionless skateboarder with dreams of going pro, finds himself trapped in a shopping mall when entitled customers consuming "Ratartarre" (a rat poison marketed as a COVID cure) transform into ravenous "brain dead" zombies sporting Karen haircuts. Together with his best friend Jamal and his crush Cho from the Korean chicken restaurant, Apo discovers that the zombies have unusual weaknesses. As the army surrounds the mall with mysterious intentions, the trio must battle through hordes of brain deads screaming for "MANAGRRR" to find a way out before time runs out.
