Biography
Sandra Delgado is a Brazilian photographer, filmmaker, and screenwriter, best known as the long-term partner of actor Wagner Moura. Born in Salvador, Bahia, she holds a degree in journalism from the Federal University of Bahia and a master’s in photography and social sciences. Delgado has established a significant career in the arts, working as a visual artist and documentary filmmaker. Her professional credits include directing the series Terceiro Sinal (2015), writing the Disney+ series Maria e o Cangaço (2025), and currently developing her debut feature film, The Outsider. She splits her time between Rio de Janeiro and Los Angeles, where she lives with Moura and their three sons.
