Advent Bangun

Released directly to video, this action film features John Phillip Law as Ted Barner, a low-level employee of a corporation in Indonesia who is charged with testing a new laser weapon. Accompanied by an engineer who works for the corporation and a friend, Barner heads out to the test site with the laser in tow. Before the three can get very far, they must outrun an evil Texas industrialist who intends to grab the laser for himself. They are joined by a female reporter and end up at the site of the test, where their problems are just beginning.

The story begins with an explorer named Nakamura heading deep into the jungle to find a hidden treasure. But the "treasure" is actually a drug cache guarded by a vicious tribe, and Nakamura is captured. His daughter, Eko (Elaine Lui) heads off to find him, with an insurance investigator (Nina Li) in tow. Along the way, they meet Lung Fei (Fan Siu-Wong), a missionary's son whose kung fu skills come in very handy as they head deeper into the jungle.

Mahkota Mayangkara

Nio comes to avenge his father’s death and frees Gobang from jail. But Nio is killed by Jupri, who in turn, is killed by Gobang. Then Van Hallen is killed. Watched by Jamilla, Gobang takes Nio’s body away.

As a copycat genre film, Ghozal even hijacks a helicopter and acts like a terrorist by finding hostages in a hospital. In the end, he is besieged by the police. A long negotiation occurs before he is killed.
