Biography
Julio César Silva, born in Acapulco, Mexico, studies Cinematography at ENAC-UNAM. In 2023, he wrote and directed his first fiction short film and has participated in the production of various student projects. In 2024, he won the Jury Prize at DocsMX for co-producing Las cuatro estaciones de Liebre. He is currently developing and producing short films.
