The film continues as Gard, a fugitive who returns to his homeland during a time of terrible repression, forms a strange bond with his old acquaintance, the milkmaid Khoroloo, and a new local girl, Duuriimaa.
The film aims to show the opposite of the notion that life will flourish if you go abroad. It aims to change the mindset of women who imagine that marrying a foreigner will bring them wealth, entertainment, and happiness, and shows the funny and sad events that can happen to them.
