Biography
Martin Rudolf Schneider—usually referred to simply as "Maddin"—is a German actor and comedian. Martin Schneider grew up in Burgholzhausen, a district of Friedrichsdorf. He currently lives near Marburg. Schneider initially completed an internship at Hessischer Rundfunk, where he made his first forays into cabaret performance. His first professional stage engagement took place in 1990. His debut show was titled *Gell, Sie sind spirituell?* (So, You're Spiritual?). Starting in 1992, he performed at the *Quatsch Comedy Club*—which at the time was still a theater in Hamburg. Later, he also appeared in various television programs, such as *RTL Samstag Nacht*, and made guest appearances on shows including *7 Tage, 7 Köpfe* and *Genial daneben*.
