Leisel is a college photography student preparing for her final gallery. However, her world quickly changes when her diva-minded friend Finley steals her concept and presents it as her own. Her friends Rosalie and Beau turn a blind eye, leaving Leisel defenseless to Finley's actions. This dark comedy horror short is a twisted parody of 1950s how-to videos, with a cheerful yet sinister charm. Patty is the perfect 1950s housewife, trapped in a pristine kitchen in an oppressive marriage. As her frustration with her controlling husband, George, boils over, she starts hearing a voice—the calm, trustworthy B.W. Man, the unseen narrator from The Black Widow Corporation. He’s always there, pushing eerie household products, and his voice is soothing, almost too soothing. The voice slowly leads Patty to kill her husband.

Enclosed by a railway, a highway and WIELS contemporary art centre, lies a no-place – initially a construction site flooded by groundwater, later halted by the 2008 financial crisis, which paralysed the project. At the intersection of geological and financial forces, the marsh named after Wiels came into existence. This biotope is a green oasis in the middle of nowhere — merging the surreal with the natural, it has become a refuge for insects, birds and people alike.
