Rafiq is a dangdut singer who comes to Jakarta to advance his career. Parto, his friend from the same village tries to represent him to different recording companies. But they differ because of Rafiq’s naivete and Parto’s city-style plus Parto’s insistence on pop music, and Rafiq’s dedication to dangdut. So their conflict is resolved by a music expert and student, Norma, who is researching dangdut music, and who eventually becomes Rafiq’s girlfriend. But the person who manages to get Rafiq a record deal is Lily, whom Rafiq meets when working in a car shop. Finally, Rafiq gains Norma’s hand when her parents approve their relationship.

Barda Mandrawata (Ratno Timoer), also known as The Blind Man From the Ghost Cave, is in the Sarpala area which is being hit by a disaster created by the vile magician Tarub. After finishing his business, Barda intends to leave but is given Narisa, a child who is to be returned to his biological parent, Labone, the leader of Sarpala who has fallen in love with Barda despite being betrothed to Latongga (Torro Margens). Meanwhile, Latongga himself is being chased by Radina (Mila Karmila), a female child from the ascetic Sakti. Narisa is wanted by many warriors from various circles, including Tarub, and once he escapes from Barda's hands, Barda is forced to look for him.

After Bayukusuma is falsely accused of committing adultery, his village is hit by a series of natural disasters. Bayukusuma is blamed and throw over a cliff. He survives and then they bury him in the sand. After awhile, he has no other option than to become the disciple of the evil Galunggung Genie. He's promptly possessed by the genie, who then goes to the village and gets revenge.

Attraction at first sight, makes Hendrawansyah (Sophan Sophian) continue to pursue Maryani (Widyawati). He did not back down even though he later found out that his girlfriend was a prostitute, even when he had to face shame in front of respectable people and his father, Datuk Sulaiman (Kusno Sudjarwadi).

After Tini catches her boyfriend Narno trying to seduce her sister Tina and ends their relationship, she mysteriously dies from a snakebite. A gang of assassins murder Wendy’s husband, Johan, during their honeymoon. Handoko, the gang leader orders his girlfriend, Hany, who is actually Windy’s friend, to capture her. Later, we see Windy becoming a disciple of Harun the cleric, who is also her father’s teacher. After the tutelage, Windy returns to find her husband’s murderer. She disguises as a taxi driver and helps the police arrest many criminals. Hany, who is actually a police undercover in Handoko’s gang, shows up once again. Both infiltrate Handoko’s headquarters but are captured. When they finally escape, they release Handoko’s prisoners.

Abdul Kadir Zailani, an expert thief, gets out of jail and starts stealing again. He steals Vera’s bag as she is returning from shopping. Zailani spends the money, and then, out of cheeky curiosity, returns the bag to Vera, who is a daughter of the famous lawyer, RM Kertodimejo. Hence, Zailani is offered a job as a driver. Soon love grows between Vera and Zailani. But Vera is already arranged to marry Hendro who is still studying in London and her respectable parents of course disapprove, so Zailani is fired. Vera becomes very ill as a result and Kertodimejo’s heart relents. Zailani, who has become a bus driver in Medan, is asked to return to Jakarta.

In a forest in Mount Bromo, Badra, the Blind Fighter, finds a woman on a stretcher, attacked by a group of villains. Badra quickly acts. Upon her death, the woman asks Badra to take care of the children. So he finds the father of the children. On the way, he is ambushed by his arch enemy and is hurt. The king helps him to recover, then he meets again with his arch enemy.

A battle of black magic, revenge, death and assorted Indonesian weirdness occurs between Arifin, his first wife Tati, his second wife Sandra and playboy Anton, who is after Arifin's wealth (and Sandra). Two different shamans (one good and one evil) become involved in the jacked up love triangle.

Young widow Mirah has mastered martial arts thanks to her late, karate champion husband. Those skills come in handy when a bunch of men challenge her.

Set on 24 March 1946 in Bandung, when the city was engulfed in explosions as if it was a sea of fire, the battle scenes between Indonesian and Dutch dominate the film. The main plot line is the conflict of Nani, a Red Cross nurse, who loves Priyatna, an ex PETA fighter. Meanwhile, Hidayat, the commander of Priyatna’s troop, also likes Nani. It is a small story, within a war, that ends with the death of Hidayat.

The journey to find his parents and younger sibling had to go through many obstacles and naturally also fights.

After several people close to her are murdered, a young woman steps into action (accompanied by her father, who got throw over a cliff himself) to eliminate a group of ex-military who now operate a crime syndicate posing as a charity organization.
