Biography
Lauren Morais is a Welsh actress from Cardiff. She trained at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, developing a foundation in stage and screen performance. Early in her career, she appeared in theatre, including a production of A Midsummer Night's Dream at the Sherman Theatre. Morais has worked in television, including roles in the crime drama Mudtown (2024) for Severn Screen and Alibi, and the mystery series The Red King (2024) for Alibi. She is also part of the cast of The Crow Girl (2025), an adaptation produced by Buccaneer for Paramount+, based on the novel trilogy by Erik Axl Sund. She is represented by Rachel Chambers at JAG.
