Biography
Chris Zapata (also known as Christian Zapata) is a film director and writer. He studies Audiovisual Communication at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP). He started a You Tube channel in 2020, where he talks about movies. He attended as press at the 2024 Lima Film Festival (FIL2024), in addition to the "Manifestarte" Film Festival. In 2024 he premiered his first short film, which he submitted to the 7SIFF, and started a podcast available on Spotify, in which he gives his opinions on films.
