A 15-year-old boy murders his mother and sister. The father, Nin Yuen, returns to his cafe, haunted by memories of a once-happy family: his wife preparing breakfast, his son playing video games, and his daughter caring for their calico cat. Kam Muiday (Elaine JIN) has long been asking her granddaughter Sunnie Lam (CHUNG Suet Ying) to buy the same set of lucky numbers in each Mark Six lottery ticket for years. Living together under one roof gradually healed their once-distant relationships and brought them closer. However, an unexpected incident ultimately revealed this well-intentioned "villa lie"...

Everyphone Everywhere’s cross-cutting narrative brings together a large set of players within the mobile-communications theme. First there’s designer Chung Chit (Endy Chow), who rushes to catch a ferry and leaves his phone at home. There’s no time to retrieve the device, so he tries to soldier on without it – and the results are eye-opening. Eventually, he’ll need to call his wife Ivy (Cecilia Choi) to awkwardly help him out. Meanwhile, soon-to-emigrate middle manager Raymond Ho (Peter Chan) starts his day with his WhatsApp account hacked and frozen. Broken contacts aside, his big fear is exposure of shady workplace practices and possible blackmail or arrest. Then there’s Ana (Rosa Maria Velasco), an old classmate of theirs who’s waiting in a private kitchen and getting odd messages. And all the time a young lady, Yanki (Amy Tang), and a nerdy computer wiz (Henick Chou) are busy using messaging apps for sleazy purposes.

Before going for a revenge, a few men must first wait for someone named Coriander Man.

The premise of the film is that a meteor has been projected to destroy Hong Kong after 33 years (i.e., in 2047). The storyline details the subsequent reaction of local residents and the transformation Hong Kong undergoes leading up to the date of destruction.

The Incredible family helps their powerless younger sister prepare for her first-grade admission interview, using telepathy to tackle the challenges. Unexpectedly, their efforts only make things worse.
