The hostel is very noisy, Cuong has crawled into a house that his boss is selling, to sleep over. Beneath the underpasses of Saigon's major bridges, a young man searches for his mother with the help of a homeless motorbike taxi driver. Together, they embark on a journey through the lives of Saigon's working-class poor, where dreams and memories intertwine.
