Minchina Ota is a 1980 Indian Kannada language heist film directed by and starring Shankar Nag with his brother Anant Nag and Lokanath in pivotal roles. The supporting cast features Priya Tendulkar and Ramesh Bhat, who made his debut in the film.

Radha, a wealthy girl, falls in love with Raja, a mechanic. Later, her father comes to know about their relationship and tries to separate the lovers.

When Kulkarni and Bandari plan to kill the CM, Samrat, an unemployed man, saves him. However, Samrat promises to put an end to Bandari's tantrums.

In a bid to turn their lives around, two lookalikes, who have different personalities, switch places to find true love in their partners.

Kishore falls in love with Sowmya, a runaway bride. However, Sowmya's father does not like Kishore and tries to separate them.

The plot involves a police officer enlisting his friend's help to defeat a notorious don. 

Though Shankara wants to build a wedding hall after breaking his house, the woman residing there, Sudha, objects to the preposterous plan.
