Biography
Brenda Almanza, 2004, director, screenwriter, production designer, and actress. She was born in Los Angeles, California, United States, but has lived her entire life in Tijuana, Baja California. She is currently studying Communication Sciences at the Autonomous University of Baja California and has worked in the creation of organizational and artistic digital content, as well as participating in short films. She has been production designer for the short films Morfología de un corto (2023), Desperdicio (2024), Lazos (2026), and Negocio Perfecto (2026); director and screenwriter of the play Feliz Navidad, Mamá (2024) and the short film Hambre (2025); and actress in the short film Desperdicio (2024).
