Sterling Knight

Sterling Knight is a lesbian student filmmaker currently studying film at the American University of Paris. She grew up an hour from San Francisco in the East Bay Area. When not working on film sets or in class, she is building her vintage clothing and record collection. "1924" is the third short film she has written and directed herself.

The Fig & The Wasp is an experimental film on Super 8 capturing the feeling of falling in love within a Lesbian relationship by exploring memory, and the senses. I desire to evoke a reminder that Queer identities are historic and are as natural as waves lapping against the sand.
