An analysis of the history of television in Venezuela, subjected to economic power and market interests. The film explores the messages that television reproduces through its "anchors" and the much-criticised soap operas.
During Venezuela's regional elections of December 1995, Rómulo votes for the first time. Through his experience, this experimental documentary reflects on civic participation and the practice of democracy. The film received awards at Viart '96 and was selected for the International Festival of New Latin American Cinema in Havana and the Bonn Video Biennale, both in 1996.
Special agent Becker is after a briefcase that rather cleverly disguises some secret documents.
