Yukiya Akaike

Fujinomiya City, Shizuoka Prefecture. Rumors spread among the young people that there had been a rape. Yukiya receives instructions from his seniors and sets out to catch the rapist. However, this leads to a clash among the town's delinquents, which eventually creates an uncontrollable commotion.

A group of carefree teenagers get embroiled in a life of violence and crime after they're forced to buy motorized bikes from a group of older thugs.
