Willem Schalk van der Merwe (born July 20, 2005, Durbanville, South Africa) is a South African Filmmaker and Film Enthusiast known for his work on Foreigners (2024) and The Thief (2024). Willem Schalk van der Merwe currently lives on the West Coast of South Africa in Langebaan, with most of his work based in and Around Cape Town.
