Bubble, Straw and Bast Shoe look for firewood. Bubble doesn’t want to work but when, on their way back he shifts the share of firewood on the shoulders of the Bast Shoe, he gets in a trouble – the wind blows him off. After some adventures Bubble is rescued and reforms.

Satire directed at the American humanitarian initiative launched in Europe in 1948 and mostly known as the Marshall Plan. Soviet Union famously rejected the offer despite suffering from 1946-1947 major famine.

So the whole summer passed: the ants built an anthill and stocked up food for the winter, and the dragonfly slept for half a day and in the evening flew to dancing with the mosquitoes. It is not difficult to guess that with the arrival of winter, the frozen and hungry dragonfly went for help to the ant.
