Vel Anpalagan is an independent filmmaker who makes quality short films with micro budgets and minimal outside assistance. He usually takes on multiple roles in these films, both behind the camera as well as in front. These roles include being the director, writer, actor, editor. His aim is to bring original and quality films for the audience to enjoy.
