Izzy Bachar, a police internal affairs investigator, discovers just before retirement that his long time friend Barak, a senior police officer, is accused to be corrupt. Life as he knows it breaks into pieces.
After fifty years of a happy marriage and three children, Izzy and Tiki decide to end their lives together peacefully and on their own terms – at a date and time they have chosen in advance, with the help of a “Clean Exit” kit. The house is already prepared for the mourning period, the refreshments are set out, and the farewell letters are neatly arranged on the table. But just moments before the fateful act, the couple’s eldest daughter knocks on the door. What follows is a chain of unexpected disruptions to their carefully laid plans, culminating in the arrival of all their children, who come home determined to figure out what on earth has gotten into Mom and Dad.
