A man named Charlie Nelson is recruited by an anonymous user who goes by the codename "echo" to put together the perfect heist in which Charlie, his brother Nick, and two associates, James Freeman and Mike Allen would attempt to steal ten million dollars worth of gold.

Following the events of the first film, criminals Nick Nelson and Mike Allen are on the run as they are pursued by the FBI, led by Agent Barry Smith. Meanwhile, the thought-to-be-dead James Freeman plots his revenge on his former associates.

A group of high school graduates are invited to their five year class of 1995 reunion. Fourteen people, each from their own cliques of their past high school lives, make their way up to the old high school hang out spot, buried deep in the woods for the afterparty. As the high spirits and festivities continue, things begin to go gravely wrong, and quickly the party spirals out of control.
