Biography
Tulio Raggi González (Havana, Cuba. 1938-2013) was a Cuban film director and screenwriter. During his life he directed more than 60 films and short cartoons. Some of them have received multiple national and international awards. He worked alongside many renowned colleagues from ICAIC as Juan Padrón, Modesto García or Mario Rivas.
