Biography
Jihangir Vagib oglu Shakhmuradov is the USSR (RSFSR) karate champion in the 50 kg weight category. He is the first Master of Sports in karate in the USSR. He is a veteran of Russian karate, representing the KEMPO school. He is also an actor, stuntman, and director. He is also an advisor to the Russian National Oyama Kyokushinkai Karate-do Federation. In 1979, he starred as a villain in the film "Pirates of the 20th Century." He worked as an instructor at the Central Karate School in Baku and supervised Baku coaches. He holds a black belt and holds three higher education degrees: he graduated from the Institute of Physical Education, the Medical Institute, and the directing department of the All-Russian State Institute of Cinematography (VGIK). He is also a full member of the All-Russian Scientific Association of Specialists in Exercise Therapy and Sports Medicine.
