Adam Szabolcs Oros (born July 1, 2004) is a Hungarian writer, director, and producer based in New York City. He is a recent graduate of the acclaimed New York Film Academy. Adam is best known for writing and directing the period horror films The Blackdamp and The Dead of Night. As a native Hungarian, Adam derives his passion for storytelling from folklore, religion, and mythology. Adam also has an eclectic catalogue of films under his belt that he has produced and was assistant director for, such as The Dead River (2025), Empire of Pine (2025), and The Spider (2025).
