Biography
Kleif Tan is an emerging voice exploring narratives dealing with trauma and societal conundrums. With his fascination for the human psyche, he hopes to encourage a different set of eyes for people who are often forgotten and misplaced in society through stories that are honest to real life. Kleif has also recently lensed his first short film, Jupiter From Kembangan (2024 Singapore Youth Film Festival, dir. Gerard Nagulendran) which had its international premiere at the 19th Jogja-NETPAC Asian Film Festival. "Mirage" is his first short film as a director.
