After escaping from a juvenile detention center, Luis, a 13-year-old boy, finds unexpected refuge in the home of Iris, an elderly woman shaped by loneliness and the losses of her past. As they spend their days together, the two form an unlikely bond that transcends their differences and creates a space for care, tenderness, and the possibility of healing what once seemed lost.
The members of the CORFAPES Film Workshop, a psychosocial rehabilitation space for people with schizophrenia, come together to make a film about the end of the world. As they try to warn the authorities about an approaching asteroid, the group constructs a fiction in which their own experiences, fears and desires merge with the threat of the end of times.
