Biography
Gunnar Applebaum is a filmmaker and musician from Detroit, Michigan. With a strong passion for media-based art, his creative skills have ranged from acting, to music composition, film production, and directing; all of which he shows a prominent and surreally dark eye for. He was exposed to particular films early on in his life, which would continuously help him to carve out his influences, and pave his way as an aspiring filmmaker from the day he picked up a cheap camera at age six. He now works with experienced local filmmakers and colleagues through the film program in Detroit.
