Biography
Born in México City, German is a 22 year old filmmaker and a Vancouver Film School graduate currently studying at Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico City. He’s worked on many short films as writer, director and editor. Key amongst these are Rojo Guajillo (2023), a 19 minute short film which won a second place prize at Tecnológico de Monterrey’s national film festival in 2023, and The House She Left, a 12 minute short which is participating in multiple festivals across the world. The short documentary he co-produced, Reencontrarse a sí misma - Retos de la viudez (2023) was also an official selection of the 2024 edition of the national film festival VIBRART.
