Alma, a theater assistant, is having a panic attack on the toilet when she discovers a black hole has opened up in the neighboring cubicle. Entranced by the whirling void, she finds herself sucked into several vignettes about the meaning of life.

Nate is trying to relax, his date with Kayla is coming up. But when his original plan is thwarted, panic sets in and a jar of chewing gum falls to the floor - absolute chaos. But instead of giving up, he has an idea.

A young person is expecting visitors while water drips incessantly onto them. With the approaching arrival and eventual arrival of the guests, the dripping intensifies into an unacceptable deluge.
