In 2067, the Canadian government resurrects Expo 67 using advanced projection technology. As a woman searches for the ghost of her grandfather, the exhibition catches fire.
A jockey rides off course and the horse race soon devolves into a disorienting detour. Cut-outs, collage and cel animation combine on a multiplane camera to create a barrage of unexpected environments.
