Dallas Graffe is called to investigate a series of grisly murders. It soon becomes a race against time when the murderer invades the local hospital and isn't entirely what they expected.

After falling down the stairs, Alex wakes up and becomes the only person to see the ghost of her dead little brother, Mikey. He then leads her on a journey, down the trail of a dark family secret to find his murderer.
